Q. Do I have to check in at a front desk?
A. No. You will receive check-in instructions via e-mail, so you can go straight to your unit upon arrival.
Q. What if I have a maintenance issue or get locked out of my unit?
A. An experienced RCVR representative will be available to assist with any potential issues. Our team is here to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your vacation!
Q. What is your deposit/cancellation policy?
A. Half of your reservation total is due at time of booking. The remainder and a $250 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation made more than 60 days prior to check-in results in a $50 cancellation fee; canceling 60–30 days prior to check-in forfeits half of the reservation total, and a cancellation within 30 days of arrival forfeits the entire reservation total.
Q. Is my security deposit refundable?
A. Yes. Once your unit has passed the departure inspection, your security deposit will be refunded in the form that it was paid.
Q. How do I receive my property wristbands and parking passes?
A. A welcome packet, including property wristbands, parking passes, a Resort Collection Rewards card, and additional information, will be waiting for you inside your unit. Arrangements have been made so that you experience a streamlined and hassle-free check-in.
